Our company provides MOT Testing, which is an essential procedure to check the technical condition and safety of your vehicle, and is carried out in accordance with UK legislation.
As part of preparing your car for MOT Testing we check many aspects of your car such as:
– Brake Systems: We check the performance of the brakes and the condition of the brake discs and pads.
– Lighting and signalling: We check that all headlights, brake lights, turn signals and tail lights are working properly.
– Steering and suspension: Check the condition of the steering system, including steering rods and ball joints.
– Tyres and wheels: Check the condition of the tyres, including tread depth and the condition of the rims.
– Body and structure: Check the integrity of the body, deformations and corrosion.
– Emissions: The amount of emissions coming out of the exhaust system is checked to ensure that the vehicle meets environmental standards.
– Other important aspects: This includes the condition of the seats, seat belts, windows and mirrors.
The only time a vehicle is exempt from a MOT is if it is under 3 years old, or over 40 years old if there have been no major modifications to the vehicle. Our aim is to provide and ensure that your vehicle is in excellent technical condition and safe to use on the roads.
